The Taiwan Society for Neuro-Oncology and Taiwan Skull Base Society are committed to enhancing surgical techniques and professional capabilities of neurosurgery and related specialties in Taiwan. We will host a three-day 'White Matter Fiber Tract Function and Anatomy in Neurosurgery: 3D Simulation Workshop and Cadaver Dissection Training Course' from January 9-11, 2026.

This comprehensive course features Singapore neuroscience expert Dr. Ramez Wadie Kirollos, Prof. Yi-Ping Chao and Prof. Chun-Hung Yeh from Chang Gung University, along with domestic experts. The course integrates the latest Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) technology and 3D image reconstruction with cutting-edge AR/VR surgical simulation, providing the most complete practical course on white matter tract theory, applications, and preoperative brain parenchymal pathway planning.

The skull base surgery course is led by international experts from Jikei University, Japan - neurosurgeons Prof. Kentaro Watanabe and Prof. Yudo Ishii - who will conduct hands-on cadaver dissection, comprehensively exploring microscopic and endoscopic surgical pathways for skull base lesions, providing a world-class training platform for Taiwanese neurosurgeons and ENT specialists.

Please save your valuable time. Recruitment information will be announced soon. Stay tuned!
